STAFF ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT

This includes recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge. This is essential for ensuring consistent service quality.

LINEN RENTAL

All necessary linens will be provided in your villa, so there's no need for you to purchase any. We supply the following items: sheet, pillow cover, duve, duve cover, bath matt, hand towel, bath towel, pool towel, etc related on this.

DAILY OPERATIONS

This encompasses all the routine tasks required to run the accommodation on a day-to-day basis. This can include scheduling, managing supplies, and ensuring all processes are efficient.

CUSTOMER ISSUE RESOLUTION

This involves handling complaints and issues that may arise during a guest's stay. The goal is to resolve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.

RESERVATION ADMINISTRATION
